I noticed on your profile you like blue and white dishes. My favorite pattern in the whole world is Johnson Bros. Blue white Chippendale. Staffordshire (Crownford) makes a gorgeous pattern that I use everyday(Calico). Do tell your favorites.
LOL! Glad you did come over and read my blabbering in this blog. Yes it's French words, but I got the words, by typing them into a Net Translation site! I wanted to call this blog "~~In the mind of a Grandmother~~" but that sounded so olllllld, that I thought I might turn off some people. {"What's this about, her arthritis and her failing hearing/eyesight?" -grin-} So, I figured that if I called it by a sexy sounding French name, I'd grab more readers! Tee,hee,hee...
Me write in French?!? Hahhhh!!! I had a couple of years of French back in High School, from which I graduated in 1954! And I couldn't write it then!
But I do admit to being able to get some of the gist of French writing, as long as it's pretty generic. Those so-called-Romance languages are pretty straight forward. Not nearly as hard to figure out, as our own English language, which is weirdly complicated with weird rules and etc.
As is obvious, I keep Smilnsigh mostly about 'pretty stuff.' I don't get *very deep* there. -giggles- Well, I don't claim to *get deep* in the Grandmother one either. But I can ramble on more there, about stuff in my head.
About SOME stuff in my head. Not ALL. Some... -grin-

What a beautiful pink flower. Is it Crepe Myrtle?
Have a lovely weekend.
That is so true....thanks for the picture
It looks like you live in the country, if that is your yard. It would be easy to fortget the rest of the world out there.
A lot of days are like this, for me.
