Summer is Winding Down

Just a note: Addie has updated her blog.

This is the pot I planted my been seeds in after Easter of this year. The one that I tried to make sure got a gallon of water a day.

This is how much it has grown so far this summer. Not many blooms and beans yet.

These are the beans just starting to fill out. I hope some get mature before the frost hits.

I hope you get mature seeds too! I enjoy seeing your bean plant every year.

Addie has an update. And so do I. :-)

I posted this in my blog. I posted in her blog, that I did. And hope it's ok. But I doubt any military who puts their blog up, is shy to have more readers. :-)

I'm not sure which of my Google Reader links, is her mom's blog. Would you please tell her I did this. I certainly hope it's ok with her, too.

Wheeeee... they are taking off now! :-)

And thank you for saying I have pretty pics in my blogs. But it isn't any deep secret, to find them. :-)

When I don't give any "got from" info at the end of my entries, I got them from AllPosters.com or Art.com. I just do a Search in their sites, for a topic, and you get zillions of pics to choose from.

When I take them from places which want "got from" credit, I put the link to the place, at the end of my entries.

And of course, I keep all the pretty pic places links I find! :-)

It takes time to look for the "right pic" but luckily, I have the time and enjoy doing it. :-)

Dear Anne,

I'm sort of new to blogging, and am enjoying visiting wonderful blogs such as yours, and reading and finding links to other interesting bloggers. Just wanted to say "Hi," and tell you how much I enjoyed reading your entries and viewing the lovely pictures.

Blessings,

Renie

Very interesting. What kind of bean plant is that? Hope you and yours have a blessed day.

Did all those bean plants on the pole come from that black pot?? If so, it's amazing. I struggled to get a fraction of that amount of blue lake pole beans growing on six bean poles.
What's your secret?
