It's Blooming


The Hyacinth Bean Vine is Blooming!! (click on picture for better view) This is the vine from the seeds that Janie in Texas sent me after Easter. It seems to be blooming earlier than usual this year. I have babied this vine. Tried to make sure it got a gallon of water every day in its pot. Didn't look after the other plants as much and it shows. LOL

Amazing... Amazing. I would never be able to grow something so nice, in my cool climate north of the 40th. would love to try though!! We maybe need to make a bean seed trade, if you get to harvest any beans.

Yes, the reason I said a gallon a day is because I water it with an old milk jug. I missed a few days, but for the most part, I made sure this plant got water, if nothing else did...LOL
