On the way to the reception from the church on Saturday, we had this dog riding beside us. The window is completely down in his car.
I was able to take the picture when we reached the redlight together. I expected to see him get back down into the seat when the light changed. Didn't happen! They passed us and the last we saw of them the dog was still out the window with his ears flying in the breeze. Car Dogs crack me up!!

They crack me up too! Especially when they sit in the seat and you think its a person until you get to looking closer. Sometimes there are 2 or 3 sitting in all the seats like human beings!
Sometimes I see them on top of dog boxes in pick up trucks and I don't see how they keep from fall off, but they hang on somehow.
What a cute picture, I will show this one to my husband. He will find it very funny.
I wanted to stop by and thank you for stopping by to visit even these weeks when I have not be able to visit anyone. It was such a blessing to me to see you. Hope you are having a great day. connie
Thanks for everything!!
It's amazing to me that they don't fall out of the window - they do seem to enjoy the wind blowing in their face. ec
Dogs seem to love the breeze when in a car....Make sure to check out my new pictures of Brendon...
That made me laugh! Over here it is now illegal to have a dog unrestrained in or on a vehicle. I don't think is it enforced though!
haha
Most car dogs won't sit - they seem to prefer that they hang out of the window. I use to have one, she loved to ride better than anything. Whenever she would hear the car or truck crank up, she'd just about loose her mind, wanting to ride. If we wouldn't let her go, she'd climb the link fence like a kid and chase after us.
The little dogs sitting in their owners' laps make me laugh too. It's like the fluff balls are driving!
Ann,
When we had the American Eskimo, he loved to drive with his head out the window and the wind whipping his face. Meeko doesn't put his head out the window. It took us a long time to get him to ride in the car without whining the entire way. Now he does enjoy going for a ride, but just sits and looks out the window.
Cute photo. Thanks for sharing. The little things in life make us smile.
Blessings,
Mary
That's a great picture, Ann! The dog looks like he is really enjoying himself, and so are the people watching him cruise by. lol.
Cameras are a good thing to have along as one never knows what interesting photo opportunity comes along.
....and you don't like dogs??? hee hee
