It's a very nice photo of a HUGE and scary spider! Thanks for visiting mine and hope you're feeling better.

Creepy, creepy spider! They terrify me, I wouldn't have even gotten close enough to get a shot of one that big!

Ugh...

I don't mind 'Daddy Long Legs,' but that's about it.

Yeah, that's a big one alright! Good thing he is outside, and not in the house! Scary looking for sure, but they're also interesting creatures.

I hope you're feeling much better by now, Ann!

Hugs,

Renie

(Ann - deleted comment, forgot half of what I was going to say - haha)

This spider is not only scary - it's UGLY! I think it is the white on it's head (or whatever). It looks like it is from Mars. lol

Dot took a photo of this same spider - they are sometimes called writing spiders. I told Dot that (myths says) if they write your name, you're dead.....

I think possums are ugly too - I saw one a few weeks ago while walking late at night, the thing crept to the edge of the yard and just sat there, staring at me as I walked by. Seems like it would have run off, but it didn't.

I'm scared of granddaddy long legs too.

Ann,
Hope you are feeling better. That is one scary looking spider. I'm scared of spiders too, big ones, little ones, even pics of ones. LOL

Luckily these spiders are very useful to have - they eat lots of bugs!!!

Have you seen the photo of the orb-weave spider in Northern Queensland that caught a bird in its web?????

So glad you are feeling better and back at the blogging coal face!!!!

That's real scary and even more so, because it is on YOUR house, isn't it?
