We get little showers here and there, but the temps, like todays 103, 125 heat index, pretty well zaps the moisture out of the ground! I water with the hose close to the house, but all the shrubs and flowers a 100 feet up the yard have to do or die! So far, they're hanging in there. I'm praying for cooler weather and more frequent showers!

We did get some rain on Sunday about dark. Most of this summer, we've been dragging hoses or toting water. LOL I hope you know what "toting" means.
