Stress

I stress too much!

I heard my sweet neighbor talking to someone on the phone. I heard her say, "I don't want you to worry about me. When you think of me just say a little prayer for me. Don't worry, I will be alright."

So when I worry, I'm going to try to remember her words. I will pray and know that GOD will take care of things. I don't have to worry.

I have faith I won't stress anymore... when I'm dead. Otherwise, how could refer to it as resting in peace.

My Grandmother had a worry box...she would open this pretty little tin every night and caress the velvet lining. Then she would explain to any inquisitive child standing nearby that it was where she placed her worries of the day so that God could handle it. This brought back a memory so vivid that I had to share it with you...thanks for the memory!

This is so true, but hard to do! It helps me if I don't watch the news or look at the tv websites. I used to have WRAL as my home page. Had to stop. I saw too many bad things. This way I don't know about it! LOL

I used to be so bad about worrying over things that if I didn't have anything to worry about ,then I worried over that. Over the years I learned that worry doesn't fix a thing. Now I just offer it up to God and He takes care of things.
