The last stop of the day was the Bodie Lighthouse. It was almost closing time when we arrived. She was covered up and they were making repairs.
So I quickly jumped out of the truck, held up the quilt, and my husband took the picture.
The day started with a lighthouse and ended with a lighthouse. The very next week, Sandy visited the Outer Banks and made a mess. They are still repairing the roads. I'm so glad we took the trip.

LOL... I've never seen Bodie lighthouse.
That's a different looking lighthouse and a very familiar quilt. LOL!
I love it when we can see you peeking over the top of the quilt.
