Early Monday Morning Snow

This morning the snow had stopped and this was the way things looked.

This was all soft snow...not ice. The winds blew most of the snow out of the trees by noon. Now we are waiting for warm temps to melt the rest.

Ann, Beautiful photos. We have very little snow here and today was another mild day. Snow all around us but we have only a small amount left on the ground.

Glad you had a great holiday.
Blessings,
Mary

Snow is beautiful where you live because unlike where I live, it will soon warm up and disappear! I have to wait till Spring!

I was reading your post and looking out the window at the wind blowing and the dark sky. I bundled up heavily to go out and take care of the animals and low and behold it was warm here. I was tricked. LOL Your weather is pretty but I'm glad it's not ours......yet.

We still have tons of snow - back roads are still a mess. Back yard has drifts over the top of the yars stick, so the 40 degrees isn't doing much there - but it is melting the stuff on the roof and where I shoveled paths to the barns.
Just be careful in this so you don't fall!

Lovely photos Ann. I hope you are keeping warm and cosy. It all looks beautiful and magical, but the cold is not such fun!

Beautiful scenery, we had a lot of snow here in the UK (unusual where I live) and of course the whole country came to a standstill, no trains, traffic nightmares on the roads many airports closed, we just don't 'do' snow....
