We're Going To The Party

We are so excited. We have been invited to a Tea Party.

It is Raggedy Ann's Birthday!!

It is raining out side, so this Ann quickly put on her raincoat. She's all ready to go to the party.

All these girls have decided they want to go to the Tea Party.

All these boys want to go, too!!

Even the baby dolls want to go!

The "BIG" dolls want to go to the Tea Party.

These decided we need to take a present, so we put them in charge of picking it out.

They picked this video...

and these books...

and these paper dolls...

These deciced they were not going. Their clothes are too soiled and one of them is embarrassed over her short, short hair cut.

Beloved Belindy said she would stay home and take care of all the ones who are sick and not feeling well so the others can go to the party.

We hope you will come along with us and attend the Tea Party. It's going to be so much fun!

A wonderful collection you have, Ann!

I have always loved Raggedy Ann, but I don't collect them. For a time I made lots and lots of cloth dolls, and Raggedy Ann and Andy were two that I made- in all sizes! They even make wonderful gifts for grown-ups!

Yes, you do love Raggedy Anns. Hope you enjoyed the tea party. I love old books, too. I have one dated 1930 called Raggedy Ann in the Deep Deep Woods. I saved it from a dumpster and I just love the beautiful, colorful illustrations in it.
