We had that freeze a couple of weeks ago and so far that has been the extent of our winter. We are thankful because of all the traveling we have to do for medical appointments. No garden this year so we didn't lose any produce.
The little snow we got wasn't worth mentioning, really, but everything fot frozen like your place. It is 25 again this morning, but the sunrise was a riot of color. Waiting to see if the Possum sees her shadow!

It makes a great photo, but I don't think I want the cold that goes with it. Makes my body hurt.

I don't know why, but icicles in eastern NC are prettier than anywhere else. maybe because it is such a rare thing?? ps....love your yellow birdhouse
