This is a first for me. Our neighbor brought us some okra and some of it is a different color. I don't know if you call it red or purple, but I know it is going to be good.

Never tried it - like the colours tho.
ummm.... let me know if it tastes the same as the green. Close your eyes when you eat it. LOL

Hmmm. Apparently okra is rare around as I've never seen it grown or eaten it. Wait! I think Campbells Chicken Gumbo soup has some it it. :)
I bet you turned them into a delicious dish, no matter what the color!
