Last week my daughter visited and brought these with her. Since they will not be staying here, I didn't even invite them in.
They were my Granddaughter's mannequins. My niece wanted to use them for a project she's doing. So we just walked them to my car where they will stay until I go to see my niece or she comes to see me.
We did get a laugh when the boy put the groceries in the car on Saturday.
Oh, and one more thing, some people who live not too far from our area, are going to be on "Wife Swap" the TV show on ABC this Friday night. I hope I get to see it!

Haha, this reminds me of an episode of Only fools and Horses.

Haha, Ann, do you have them sitting on your front porch or something?
How exciting about someone in your neighborhood being on Wife Swap! Maybe I'll get to watch it.
Hugs,
Renie
Now that's scary, Ann...really scary...your neighbors, not the mannequin heads!
Sandi
Yeah, I'm sure the boy went home and told his family, "I saw the weirdest thing today in the back of someone's trunk!"
The white and purple flowers are both osteospermum. My neighbor calls them freeway flowers b/c they seem to be at every freeway on and off ramp.
I can only imagine what that boy at the grocery store was thinking...LOL! Too funny!
haha..... I scared myself when I had those mannequin heads in the back of my car. I forgot they were there and when I opened up the trunk, there they were! Surprise! Not what you expect to see in someone's trunk! I'm looking forward to Wife Swap!
hahahaha - funny.
Reminds me of the fake leg that my nephew use to have. It was made so that it could hang out of the trunk of the car - like a man was in the trunk and his leg was sticking out. He drove around town with that stupid thing a few times - and on one occasion he got pulled over because someone called the cops on him.
Ann,
Ha! I remember when I had one of those sitting on my vanity in the 70s. It held my wig that was in fashion at the time.
Enjoyed my visit.
Blessings,
Mary
Oh my goodness..I would leave them in the car, too. We had a family in Gates, NC who were on last year. It was so interesting when you know the people....
PenPen,
Today I went to the post office and I could hear them rolling around in the back. So I went to the back to see if I could stuff them among other things so they wouldn't roll... when I opened the back door, one of those girls fell out onto the street. I quickly snatched up that head and put it back between the umbrella and a bag. I didn't look around, but hoped no one saw that head fall out of my car... haha...I hope Amy comes soon...
Just a quick note to tell y'all I am home from hospital, thank you all for gifts and cards and money, all is greatley appresheated, will post more tomorrow.love you all, Jessie
Our mannequin head is named Sandy. She has been through many trials and tribulations and has starred in every family video. Her face is decorated with scars and blood and if anyone saw her in my car, I'll guarantee the police would be called.
